Service Updates

In 2024, we rolled out several major updates to LOOQME Hub to make interactions with the service more autonomous and intuitive, allowing users to customize functionality according to their needs.

One key update was the launch of the Query Builder tool, enabling users to create detailed search queries by combining keywords with logical operators. Users can now add new tags and keywords to the news feed, giving them greater control over the content they see. These updates give our clients increased autonomy, flexibility, and a more precise search experience.

We also enhanced the Alerts interface to provide clients real-time alerts on negative mentions, track newsworthy events or PR campaigns, and stay updated on competitor activities. The new interface includes helpful tips on how to set up, receive, and utilize alerts effectively.

To ensure smooth accessibility, we also updated the Search menu. We refined the filters, added a search history feature, and made the menu more customizable to suit each user's unique needs. Users can now copy any part of the search query to continue working with it in the future.

We are also strongly focusing on expanding our social media monitoring. The number of social media sources we track has grown by 52%, and we plan to keep adding more platforms to our monitoring list.

The main goal of these updates is to make the service as seamless and autonomous as possible, allowing users to customize it to their needs. To help users get the most out of the updated interface, we have created detailed guides with tips, advice, and handy shortcuts.

Leveraging Artificial Intelligence

In recent years, artificial intelligence has been a hot topic. To understand the conversation, the LOOQME team analyzed mentions of AI in Ukrainian media. In 2023, the potential reach of AI-related news in the Ukrainian segment exceeded 148 million. We explored the frequency of mentions, their context, and the industries linked to this groundbreaking technology.

At LOOQME, we did not just analyze AI discussions—we also brought AI into our services.

Using ChatGPT's coding capabilities, we developed a solution for custom reports, enabling analysts to focus on data analysis while clients receive breakthrough insights.

Reputation Attribute Radar

We have developed an innovative approach to building the Reputation Attribute Radar, which allows us to:

  • Identify key reputation attributes from extensive datasets.
  • Create impactful visualizations that reveal how a subject is positioned in the media.
  • Provide clients with insights into their strengths and weaknesses within the media landscape.

Message Effectiveness Comparison
Now, you can:

  • More efficiently determine the tone and role of key subjects in the media.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of narratives and positioning.

Social Media and Campaign Search
Our system enables fast and detailed:

  • Analysis of media sentiment and publication context.
  • Search and analysis of initiated campaigns.
  • In-depth analysis of social media- from official pages and beyond.

To make working with mentions easier, we launched Q Insight. This AI assistant, powered by ChatGPT, is integrated into LOOQME Hub as a chat feature. It analyzes mentions in the News Feed, spots patterns and trends, and highlights key topics. The assistant simplifies monitoring tasks and gives users deeper insights into their brand’s presence in the media landscape. 

Highlights from Our Recent Events

We became part of the Piarity community and co-hosted an event focused on how PR professionals can work with AI, sharing case studies, useful prompts, and lesser-known tools. The event featured insightful discussions with leading Ukrainian communication experts who are integrating artificial intelligence into their work. They shared practical tools and effective prompts and addressed common misconceptions about AI.

In the summer, we also participated in Ukrainian TechComms Days, the first conference in Ukraine for PR and communication leaders, marketers, SMM specialists, and media professionals in the IT sector. Our experts contributed analytics for the TechComms Award, which recognizes the most impactful PR projects in the IT industry.

We gathered industry experts to help companies understand how to make their presence known in the media. During the How Brands Can Stand Out and Attract Media Attention webinar, we addressed key questions like what makes a strong brand, how to build it, and where to start when working with the media.

As is tradition, LOOQME’s media monitoring service conducted the State of PR & comms 2024 research this fall. We expanded our audience to explore PR and broader communication trends. Our respondents shared insights on industry challenges, budgets, tools, and emerging trends. This year’s survey set a record, with 193 professionals participating.

Website Revamp

Just in time for the holidays, we have launched an updated version of the LOOQME website. We have made it more informative, user-friendly, and intuitive. Here, you can find everything about our services, tools, their features, and benefits. In the Solutions section, we explain how media monitoring addresses specific challenges for communicators and marketers. In Reports, we detail the analytics services and custom reports we provide upon request. The Resources section and blog include interesting content about marketing, PR, and communications. In addition, in the Use Cases section, you can read about real-life examples from our clients.

Supporting Our Defenders

While some believe that charitable efforts should be understated, we see supporting the Ukrainian army as a responsibility, not just a good deed. That is why our team has been committed to raising funds for various military units and supporting charitable foundations through collaborative initiatives. We have contributed to organizations like the Tykho charity fund, the Hurkit fund, and others.

It has been a true honor to receive acknowledgments from the defenders. We take great pride in the recognition from the 4th Brigade of Operational Purpose Rubizh of the National Guard of Ukraine, the 5th Separate Assault Brigade, and the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Central Region.
